Deposit and refund policy:
- No puppy or dog will be considered on hold without a deposit in the amount stated in the pricing section of this page.
- Deposit and payment schedule:
- Deposit of $500 to get you on the list
- (1st deposit, 1st choice for the sex and color chosen, 2nd deposit, second choice, etc..)
- Remaining Balance due in two installments, the first when the puppies are 4 weeks old and the balance at pickup. (e.g. a $2000.00 puppy would have a $500 deposit with $750 due when the puppy is 4 weeks old and the balance of $750 due at time of pickup).
- Deposit of $500 to get you on the list
- Deposits are non-refundable with the following exceptions:
- The selected litter has not been bred yet.
- The selected sex/color combination is not born in the litter you have chosen.
- Tails are docked long per AKC and dewclaws are removed by 3 days old. If you choose to have either or both not done, the full price of the puppy is due when they are 2 days old and that pup will be yours and you Can Not make any changes as to which pup you chose. If you back out all monies will be forfeited completely.
- Once the litter has been bred, deposits are non-refundable, if the selected color/sex is not born in the litter, your deposit will be moved to the next litter.
